Grazing Table Events

Step 1. Virtual Consultation

We’ll start with a complimentary consultation to learn about your event, guest count, style, and preferences. We can also answer any questions you may have.

Step 2. Customized Proposal

Based on your needs, we’ll create a tailored proposal with grazing table or board options, pricing, and any enhancements you’d like to include.

Step 3. Secure your date

Once you’re ready to move forward, a deposit reserves your event date on our calendar. From there, we’ll finalize the details together.

Step 4. Preparation & Styling

On the day of your event, we handle everything—from sourcing fresh, local ingredients to styling your grazing table or board with care. Our eco-friendly products and artistic presentation ensure a beautiful, sustainable experience.

Step 5. Enjoy & Gather

All that’s left is for you and your guests to graze, connect, and savor the moment.

Step 6. Optional

For elevated grazing tables that use our display stands, boards, or serving props, we’ll coordinate a convenient time to return and collect these items. This ensures a smooth wrap-up for your event while allowing us to reuse and remain environmentally friendly.
